For more than 40 years, Chuck Lundberg has been a “lawyer’s lawyer” advising and consulting with lawyers and law firms on matters involving legal malpractice, legal ethics, and other areas of the law of lawyering. He is recognized throughout Minnesota and nationally as a leader in the fields of legal ethics and professional liability.
Minnesota: Chuck served for twelve years on the Minnesota Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, including six years as Board Chair. He has led the Minnesota Firm Counsel Group for many years, and created the Minnesota Legal Ethics Summit.
Nationally: Chuck has served as President of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers and Chair of the Professional Liability Committee of the International Association of Defense Counsel, and currently serves on the ABA Standing Committee on Lawyers Professional Liability.
Academia: For many years, Chuck has been actively engaged in teaching. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at his alma mater, the University of Minnesota Law School, where he teaches courses on Professional Responsibility and Legal Malpractice Law.

IN-FIRM ETHICS CLE PROGRAMS
Every Minnesota lawyer must earn three ethics credits, every three years. Chuck Lundberg produces and presents CLE ethics programs for law firms to allow their lawyers to satisfy their CLE ethics requirements in an in-house or firm retreat setting. These programs can be tailored to address the specific types of conflicts or other problems that arise in each firm’s unique practice areas. When a roomful of partners and associates begin talking to each other in a rigorous way about serious ethical issues that come up in their daily practice, it almost always results in an invigorating and firm spirit building experience.
